Solar thermal certification:  This one day course will provide you with the basic knowledge to identify and recommend hot water (thermal) solar systems.  The course explains the different types of solar thermal systems, components and their uses.  The class includes actual products and models to show the different types of collectors, storage tanks and controls. Course includes an abbreviated version of solar pool heating.

The class is a prerequisite to becoming a dealer for Solene solar collectors including Chromegen, Aurora and Corona flat plate collectors, Apricus and Hi-Tek evacuated tube collectors and the exclusive Simple Drain Back system. 

Full day course includes continental breakfast, lunch and three ring binder with solar thermal data and brochures.  A manufacturers training certificate is included for all those that attend and satisfactorily complete the program. 

Course cost: $199 for the first person in your company, $99 for each additional. 

Solar Pool Heating:

This 3 hour course offers an introduction to the application of solar thermal heating for pools.  The course shows the proper methods for installation and sizing for solar pool heating.  The class uses actual panels, fittings and controls to allow attendees to be able to install the Heliocol version of solar pool heating systems. 

Course Cost $99 for the first person in your company and 49 for each additional.

Solar Electric training:

This 1 day course on solar PV (photovoltaic) includes the basic knowledge to install the Kyocera MYGen solar systems.  The course explains solar electric technology, panel identification, inverters, string sizing, mounting hardware and mounting solutions.   This in depth course will provide most of the answers and solutions necessary to install residential solar systems.  Safety and proper design methods are emphasized. 

Full day course includes continental breakfast, lunch and three ring binder with solar electric data and brochures.  A manufacturers training certificate is included for all those that attend and satisfactorily complete the program.
